R.C.C. framed structure built to standard specification, with red brick walls. All construction materials to ISI standard.

Doors
Waterproof flush doors with wooden frames.
Balcony and staircase
Premium quality stainless steel railings.
Kitchen
Granite stone counter with a stainless steel sink. Ceramic wall tiles up to 2.5 ft above the counter and vitrified floor tiles.
Toilets
Ceramic wall tiles up to lintel level and anti-skid ceramic floor tiles. Two taps (hot and cold for bathing, cold for the commode), one shower, soap holder and towel rod. Flush door with laminate or waterproof paint.
Electrical
Concealed copper wiring with branded switches and fittings from Havells or an equivalent ISI brand.
Interior walls
Finished with two coats of putty.
